To scale the company and secure a large global market share for intelligent fluids®, we are executing the smartchem (SCM) security token offering in 2019 with the following details: The SCM Security Token is a subordinated profit participation right in intelligent fluids GmbH. The SCM offering will most likely start on August 1st, 2019 and last until max. October 10th, 2019. The Minimum investment amount is €250k. Tradability in small units on security token exchanges is planned upon approval of a respective securities prospectus by the German Supervisory Authority (BaFin) or another European Financial Authority.
