The Group was founded in July 2014 as a technology and advisory provider, focusing on digitalisation of traditional businesses and efficient application of emerging technology such as blockchain and artificial intelligence. The Group consists of a Tokenisation Advisory and a Technology Platform, consisting of a Digital Commodities Exchange, Tokenisation Platform, Wallet and other surrounding infrastructure.
