Overview

Sports Investor Coin (‘SIC’) is a security token which will populate the world’s first sports asset backed fund.

Features

The fund will be used to purchase real-world sports sponsorship assets from sports organisations such as football clubs, motor racing teams, venues, governing bodies and other rights-holders. Once acquired, these sports assets will be sold to companies who wish to benefit from the advertising and marketing opportunities they provide. SIC is the brainchild of two entrepreneurs, Chris Harfield and Joe Williams, who own and operate the successful UK-based sports agency Williams Harfield Sports Group (‘WHSG’). In the past 8 years, WHSG has brokered c.$85m of sponsorship deals spanning most major sports and have represented athletes at the highest level of international motorsport.
